Just last night I foolishly thought I was tired enough to fall to sleep without the melatonin you recommended I try several months ago. After several hours, I gave in and took one of my last ones in the bottle...at least I was able to get 6 hours sleep since the only reason I awaken each morning is because the sun shines through the window and brightens the bedroom...
